Kinoashun cinema festival will feature jubilee events to honor Armenian cinema workers

PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 11 through November 10, Armenia will host Kinoashun (Cinema Autumn) national cinema month.

Jubilee events to honor 9 well-known cinema workers of Armenia, Mher Mkrtchyan, Suren Babayan, Robert Sahakyants and others, will be held within festival framework.

The festival will also feature a photo exhibition on Armenian films showcasing pictures of Armenian actors and filmmakers.

“The exhibition will tell the history of Armenian cinema from 1920s to our time,” the director of National Film Center of Armenia Gevorg Gevorgyan told an October 7 news conference.
