These conditions will become an important factor for drafting the railroad feasibility study, Shaydullin told a press conference. “Finally, working commissions of the parties have started working. Besides, a subsidiary of Russian Railways has been defined to draft the feasibility study,” he said. According to him, the cost of Iran-Armenia railroad will become known in April 2011. According to Armenian specialists, the preliminary cost of the railroad construction may total $1.7-1.8bln.
