The ceremony was attended by Armenian Ambassador to France Vigen Tchitetchian, French Minister of Defense, veterans and Armenian community members, freelance journalist Jean Eckian told PanARMENIAN.Net "Pushed by the winds of pain and sorrow, Armenians settled in France. They worked and raised their children.
