The Council of Europe is a political project, which unites many peoples around common values, John Prescott said during the CoE Forum For the Future of Democracy which kicked off in Yerevan on October 19.

He added that today democracy faces numerous problems and challenges. “It is necessary to enhance democracy and do it without concessions. Our traditional ideas about democracy should be reviewed.
