Zohrab Mnatsakanyan: the Council of Europe is facing new challenges, requiring new vision

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan-hosted October 19-21 CoE Forum for the Future of Democracy aims at providing unified assessment to all processes occurring in Europe, according to permanent representative of Armenia to CoE Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.

“CoE needs to shed the mentality of 1990s. The organization is facing new challenges, requiring new vision,” Mnatsakanyan said.

As he noted, holding the CoE Forum in Yerevan suggests Armenia’s recognition as full Coe member.
