As he noted at international scientific conference on Armenia-Russia relations in the light of regional security and stability, Russia has never had a clear and thought-out strategy on CIS. Dwelling on Russia’s possible supply of S-300 missile systems to Azerbaijan, Melville said, “to Russia, it’s merely a trade operation.” ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
