Within agreement framework, Karabakh Telecom will provide AMD 480 million to be allocated to the construction of a hospital in the town of Berzor, Kashatagh region, NKR governmental press service told PanARMENIAN.Net As Yirikian told a news conference in Stepanakert, Karabakh Telecom will complete fiber channel construction before 2011, which will, in turn, affect internet tariffs.
