Armenian President leaves for Astrakhan to meet with Russian, Azerbaijani counterpartsOctober 27, 2010 - 14:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan left for Astrakhan on a working visit to meet with Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev. The meeting is initiated by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, the RA presidential press service reported. Trilateral negotiations on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement will be held in Astrakhan with participation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. As part of his visit, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will lay a wreath to the khachkar (cross-stone) in downtown Astrakhan.
