  RA Defense Minister appoints new spokesmanOctober 28, 2010 - 14:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - David Karapetyan has been appointed Spokesman for Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan. Under a ministerial decree, Karapetyan has been relieved of the post of chief specialist of the Political Department at the Defense Ministry, the Ministry’s press service reported. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
