  RA Foreign Minister, British Minister for Europe discuss bilateral relations by phone  October 28, 2010 - 17:21 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian had a phone conversation with British Minister for Europe David Lidington to discuss bilateral relations. Besides, Nalbandian and Lidington exchanged opinions on regional problems, the RA MFA press service reported.
