Heritage will no longer delay voting for recognition of NKR independenceOctober 29, 2010 - 17:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage parliamentary group will delay the voting for recognition of NKR independence no further than December 9. This will be a day to signal a new start in Armenia’s national policy, according to the head of Heritage party administration Raffi Hovhannesyan.
