  Bako Sahakyan: Diaspora Armenians should visit Artsakh more often  November 2, 2010 - 11:11 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met with Montreal city administration member Harut Chitilian and representative of the Canadian Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Hagop Arslanian. Welcoming the quests, Mr. Sahakyan emphasized the importance of the visit which can help establish closer bilateral ties. “Such visits offer a good opportunity to develop joint cooperation programs,” he said, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh President.
