As to the position of the international community, he noted that it sees the possibility of conflict resolution through “territories in exchange of interim status” formula. For his part, Artak Zakaryan, member of the Republican Party of Armenia, agreed that recognition of Nagorno Karabakh at the moment will not have any positive impact on the settlement process.
