Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan: Azerbaijan has never fulfilled agreements signed with Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan has never fulfilled agreements signed with Armenia, repeatedly violating ceasefire on the day they were singed. However, partial implementation of the agreement on exchange of war prisoners is possible, Karabakh war veteran, Major General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan (Commandos) stated.

“As always, Baku will shift the blame for non-fulfilment on Armenia,” Ter-Tadevosyan told PanARMENIAN.Net adding that Baku’s lies are more adequately perceived by the international community, than the existing realities.

Referring to Azeri aggressions on the line of contact, Ter-Tadevosyan stressed, “Baku’s actions cannot be tolerated. Karabakh has to respond adequately to Azeri attempts at ceasefire violation.”
