  Grigory Karasin, Oleg Yesayan meet representatives of All-Armenian Youth CenterNovember 4, 2010 - 19:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 4, Russian State Secretary and Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin met with activists of All-Armenian International Youth Center NGO, which significantly contributed to restoration of historical-memorial complex – Hill of Honor – in Gyumri. The monument was unveiled by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev during his state visit to Armenia in August. Head of the Armenian NGO Armen Nikoghosyan was decorated with Russia’s state award - Order of Friendship. Armenian Ambassador to Russia Oleg Yesayan participated in the meeting, the RA MFA press service reported.
