PanARMENIAN.Net - . It is possible that Russian consortiums will participate in the competition of making private the energy distribution nets. It was stated during the interview which Ashot Ovsepyan, the committee member, has had with "Noyan Tapan" agency. He also stated that the American "AES SILK road" and Spanish "INIO" companies would apply for participation in the competition. Both companies participated in the first competition, which, it is known, failed. According to Ovsepyan's words, although it is not the term for applying yet, but it has been already noticed definite activity of the possible candidates for participating in the competition.
