Native home of Yeghishe Charents in Kars estimated at USD180 thousand by Turks

PanARMENIAN.Net - The native home of the great Armenian poet Yeghishe Charents in Kars was put up for sale.

The owner of a nearly-demolished house estimated it at USD180 thousand. Earlier, Turkish media reported the house will be bought by Istanbul-residing Armenian businessman to be turned into the poet’s museum.

However, the information has not been yet confirmed.
