Nikolay Ryzhkov: Karabakh talks reaching deadlock

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh talks are reaching a deadlock, according to a Russian politician.

“The situation is complicated. Your neighbors don’t seem to be idle,” Nikolay Ryzhkov, chairman of the parliamentary committee on cooperation between the Federation Council of Russia and National Assembly of Armenia.

Asked whether the Karabakh problem was considered during the 19th meeting of the committee, Ryzhkov said the issue was touched upon only during discussion of the 20th meeting agenda.

“If the situation in Karabakh worsens, the committee will not stand aside,” he said.
