As he reminded, recently Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu was threatening Armenia with resumption of hostilities. “A new military conflict is more probable than resolution of the old one. I’m afraid, the indefinite status of Karabakh will be preserved for a long time to come,” he said. Dwelling on Javakhk Armenians, the expert noted, “all over the world, representatives of the Armenian Diaspora are striving to be exemplary citizens of the country they reside in. Javakhk Armenians should direct their energy on becoming good Georgian citizens. The autonomy and, especially, inclusion in Armenia’s territory must not and will not be achieved.
