  RPA member forecasts new Karabakh war November 15, 2010 - 16:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia, MP Hamlet Harutyunyan predicts a new war in Karabakh. “Baku’s threats should not be treated as mere words. Azerbaijan is really preparing for a war,” he told a press conference in Yerevan. “It’s regretful that the international community can’t understand who is the victim and who is the aggressor. Silence of the international organizations encourages Baku,” Harutyunyan said.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
