Armenian servicemen to use mobile phonesNovember 19, 2010 - 14:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan signed a decree on procedure of usage of mobile phone to ease communication between soldiers and their families. As per the set procedure, servicemen have the right to use mobile phones, which are at the disposal of a platoon, the RA Defense Ministry’s press service reported. The Ministry signed an agreement with VivaCell-MTS company, under which outgoing calls of servicemen will be free of charge, while the party receiving the call will pay for the conversation.
