James Appathurai appointed as NATO Envoy for South Caucasus and Central Asia

PanARMENIAN.Net - James Appathurai was appointed as NATO Special Representative for South Caucasus and Central Asia, APA reported.

Appathurai is scheduled to assume duties on December 1. He will replace Robert Simmons who has served at the post for 7 years.
