2 winners announced at the festival of young Armenian pop music performers![]() November 22, 2010 - 14:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 7, Moscow’s House of Arts hosted the first festival of young Armenian performers of popular music Hayreniq. The festival aimed at preservation of centuries-old Armenian national culture, unification of youth and discovery of new talents. Out of 10 contestants selected for finals, 2 winners were voted for by the jury: a duet (Arthur Manukyan, Tatevik Arakelyan) and Anna Khachiyan. Popular artists from CIS states were also invited to perform at the gala concert, which won wide public acclaim. ![]() ![]() Ara Aivazian said Azerbaijan continues the traditions of Turkey after seizing territories and forced Armenians out. The creative crew of the Public TV had chosen 13-year-old Malena as a participant of this year's contest. She called on others to also suspend their accounts over the companies’ failure to tackle hate speech.
