Armenian, Russian, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers discuss Karabakh issue

PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 22, Moscow hosted a working meeting between Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers, Edward Nalbandian, Sergei Lavrov and Elmar Mammadyarov.

At the meeting, the parties focused on Karabakh conflict settlement issues, ministerial press service reported.
