Armprodexpo exhibit opens in YerevanNovember 23, 2010 - 13:31 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armprodexpo 2010, the 10th international food exhibition, opened in Yerevan on November 23, with output of over 60 companies presented. “This exhibition is one of the most important steps for promoting Armenian products towards foreign markets,” Agriculture Minister Gerasim Alaverdyan said. Director of Center for Agribusiness Development NGO Armen Davtyan commented: “Armprodexpo is a perfect opportunity to demonstrate our achievements. Just 7-8 years ago Armenian consumers were buying doubtful products imported from third countries. Now, 95% of Armenian families consume locally manufactured products.” Armprodexpo 2010 is organized by the RA Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Yerevan city administration, Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Center for Agribusiness Development NGO.
