Italian Ambassador to Azerbaijan hopes for progress in Karabakh conflict settlement

PanARMENIAN.Net - I hope the OSCE summit in Astana will reach progress in the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Italian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mario Baldi told journalists.

The Ambassador said NATO didn’t engage in the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict and the OSCE Minsk Group was carrying out this mission. “The Minsk Group is carrying out this mission for 16 years. Superpowers like Russia and the United States are also involved in this process. To resolve the conflict a decision must be made based on the principles and norms of international law,” APA cited Baldi as saying.
