World de facto recognized NKR independence

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia stands for peaceful resolution of conflicts, wherever such could burst out, Armenian parliament speaker said.

“While Armenia seeks to resolve the Nagorno Karabakh conflict peacefully, Azerbaijan undermines talks with warlike statements,” Hovik Abrahamyan said.

“Baku must understand once for all that Artsakh, a democratic state, has never been and will never be a part of Azerbaijan,” he added.

“The world has de facto recognized independence of NKR. But the transition from de facto to de jure is a long and complicated process,” Abrahamyan concluded.
