Letters from Armenia to Georgia transported through UkraineNovember 24, 2010 - 13:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Letters from Armenia to Georgia transported through Ukraine while letters to Turkey go as transit through European countries. “Flights to Georgia are not regular. But it makes no sense to operate a special flight for conveying the letters which are not many in number,” Haypost CJSC spokesman Gevorg Abrahamyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. “Letter to Iran are delivered directly from Armenia. Turkey-bound letters are conveyed through Europe,” he said, adding that although the letters are conveyed as transit, it doesn’t take more time than envisaged by international standards.
