Decrease in juvenile crime in Armenia reported over past 10 months

PanARMENIAN.Net - Juvenile crime rate decreased by 21 incidents over the past 10 months, deputy head of the Chief Department for Criminal Investigation of Armenian Police, Colonel Nelly Duryan stated.

In a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, she cited the negligence in families, grave social conditions as the main reasons behind youth criminality.
