As he said at news conference in Baku, before his visit, the co-chairs had met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Moscow. “Today we will meet with Azerbaijani President, tomorrow leave for Yerevan. If you remember, the heads of the mediating states signed a substantial declaration in Athens last year. The summit of the heads of OSCE states will be held this year.
