ARMENIA CITIZENS DID NOT APPROVE SUBMITTED TO REFERENDUM CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES DRAFT

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to the preliminary data of the Armenian Central Election Commission, Armenian citizens did not approve submitted to referendum project on the draft of changes in the Armenian constitution. 510 464 electors voted in favor, 548 391 voted against. It should be noted that the referendum on the draft of constitutional changes was held in Armenia May 25, simultaneously with the parliamentary election. Let us remind that the first Constitution since the day of Independence of Armenia was adopted in 1995.
