Georgian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nino Kalandadze explained thatthe Georgia Foreign Ministry had submittedthe names of possible candidates to ambassadorial posts in several countries to the presidential administration. Tengiz Sharmanashvili, proposed to the post of Ambassador to Armenia,served earlier as Deputy Chairman of the State Constitutional Commission. A final decision on the appointment should be made within two weeks, Vestnik Kavkaza reported. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
