Number of art lovers is growing in Armenia from year to year

PanARMENIAN.Net - Director of the National Art Gallery of Armenia, painter Paravon Mirzoyan said that around 30,000 people annually visit the National Art Gallery of Armenia, the number of visitors growing from year to year.

About 6,000 people visited the gallery during Museum Night, Mirzoyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“Besides, many people visit the gallery on last Saturday of each month, when the museum admission is free,” he said

According to him, the gallery’s collections are planned to be digitized within six months.

“One of our basic activities is aimed at work with the public. We try to revive people’s interest, organize lectures and annual music festivals,” Mirzoyan said.
