Lusakert poultry factory not going to pay AMD 5mln fineDecember 4, 2010 - 14:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Director of Lusakert poultry factory said that the hearing on the poultry factory’s suit against a decision of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) will be held on December 25, 2010. “We have not paid the fine, as we do not agree with the Commission’s decision,” Minas Yepremyan told a press conference in Yerevan on December 4. The SCPEC has fined Lusakert poultry factory at the total amount of AMD 5mln for unfair competition. The poultry factory has submitted a claim against the SCPEC decision to the RA Administrative Court.
