  Armenian Education Ministry considers opening of channel on YouTube December 6, 2010 - 16:30 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Ministry of Education and Science considers opening of a special educational channel on YouTube. “Participants of the December 6 meeting of the Public Council exchanged views on the current situation.
