20 convicts granted pardon by Artsakh President’s decree![]() December 8, 2010 - 18:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 8, the President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on pardon appeals. In accordance with the presidential decree, 20 convicts were granted pardon; partial pardon was granted to 22 persons. 103 pardon appeals were rejected due to the previously committed crimes, negative characteristics from imprisonment sites, nature and gravity of the crimes committed, Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
