ARF Dashnaktsutyun: both coalition and Heritage displayed unwise obstinacy in NKR recognition bill![]() December 10, 2010 - 18:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage parliamentary group is disappointed by the behavior of the parliamentary majority, which refrained from participating in voting for the adoption of the bill on Karabakh’s recognition by Armenia on December 9. “If today the authorities do not recognize Karabakh, let them look for guilty persons in future neither in Armenia, nor outside it,” Head of Heritage parliamentary group Stepan Safaryan said. According to Secretary the ARF Dashnaktsutyun parliamentary group Artyusha Shahbazyan, both the coalition and author of the bill - Heritage parliamentary group – displayed an unwise obstinacy with respect to the bill. “As the bill was put to vote, we could do nothing, but to vote for its adoption,” said Shahbazyan. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
