The man was identified as Ara Khachatryan, Armenian businessman and director general of Luding company engaged in alcoholic beverages sale, according to Interfax. Founded by Arthur Varzhapetyan and Armen Shahazizyan in 1993, Luding is the Saint Petersburg branch of one Russia’s major importer of alcoholic drinks.
