VivaCell-MTS receives ISO 9001:2008 certificationDecember 13, 2010 - 17:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - VivaCell-MTS has received ISO 9001:2008 certification, an achievement attributed for the first time in the Armenia to a telecom operator. The project of Quality Management System improvement in VivaCell-MTS in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standard requirements started in November 2009. In less than a year, VivaCell-MTS staff achieved implementation of highly effective Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 certification requirements. The ISO 9001:2008 certification was received with regard to provisioning of mobile communication services and customer servicing. It aimed at improving service and customer’s quality requirements, enhancing customer’s satisfaction, as well as achieving continuous improvement of its performance-applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
