ANM advises to forget ordinary elections in ArmeniaDecember 13, 2010 - 17:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the Armenian National Movement (ANM) Board Aram Manukyan said that the ANM believes that extraordinary presidential election will be held in Armenia. “Forget ordinary elections. All political, social and economic processes lead to the fact that ordinary elections will not take place in the country,” Manukyan told a press conference in Yerevan. According to Manukyan, the resignation of Yerevan Mayor Gagik Beglaryan has more serious grounds than the incident with the member of the presidential administration. “Beglaryan’s resignation showed the deepness of disagreements inside the ruling coalition. This factor may serve as an additional ground for the change of power,” said Manukyan. Top stories Achieving stable peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan remains a priority of the OSCE, said Ian Borg.
