RUSSIAN CONSULATE WILL BE INAUGURATED IN GUMRY

PanARMENIAN.Net - . Russian General Consulate will soon be opened in Gumry. It is planned to open an Armenian General Consulate in Saint-Petersburg, too. "Arka" agency informs that the inauguration of the consulates is stipulated by intergovermental agreement between Armenia and Russia.
