  Negotiations on Armenia-EU visa regime facilitation might be completed by end of 2011  December 15, 2010 - 18:34 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Negotiations on Armenia-EU visa regime facilitation might be completed by the end of 2011, according to European Commission's Director for Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia Gunnar Wiegand. “However, facilitation and liberalization of visa regime are two different processes. Visa regime facilitation envisages visa fee reduction to Euro 35, as well as facilitation of visa provision to tourists, sportsmen, representatives of civil community, students,” Mr. Wiegand told a news conference in Yerevan. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
