The ANC is the only powerful opposition force in Armenia and all reports about its collapse are not true to fact,” Grigor Harutyunyan told a news conference. “There are no disagreement within the Congress.” Harutyunyan also remarked that the voting on Nagorno Karabakh recognition bill in the Armenian parliament was a wrong decision. “The coalition and parliamentary opposition had to reach a consensus on the issue first,” he said.
