ARFD doesn’t expect progress in Karabakh process in 2011

PanARMENIAN.Net - Talks for Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement will be intensified next year, but there will be no breakthrough, according to ARF’s Bureau Hay Dat and political affairs director.

“The OSCE Minsk Group will do its utmost to maintain the negotiation process and prevent resumption of hostilities,” Kiro Manoyan told journalists on December 20.

As to Armenian President’s pledge to recognize Nagorno Karabakh if Azerbaijan unleashes a new war, he said that in such case Armenia should just declare its unification with Armenia.
