  Levon Zurabyan: ANC has nothing to expect from newly-elected Yerevan MayorDecember 21, 2010 - 16:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Congress (ANC) has nothing to expect from newly-elected Yerevan Mayor Karen Karapetyan, according to ANC coordinator Levon Zurabyan. As he noted at news conference in Yerevan, ArmRosgazprom did not manage to fully avoid corruption practices, which ANC has repeatedly stated. “Karen Karapetyan was the person behind the unsubstantiated increase of gas tariffs. There’s little hope the same person can create productive city management system to justify people’s expectations,” ANC coordinator remarked. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
