Armenia, Italy to develop cooperation

PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 17, Armenian Ambassador to Italy Ruben Karapetyan met with Pavia Mayor Alessandro Cattaneo.

The parties focused on establishment of cooperation between Pavia and Gyumri, training of Armenian students in Italy, as well as business partnership.

At the meeting, an agreement was reached on establishing collaboration between Armenian and Pavia’s medical universities and organisation of Armenia-Italy business forum in 2011.

On the same day, Pavia hosted the Day of Armenia festive event, Armenian Foreign ministry press service reported.
