Syrian parliamentary speaker to visit Armenia in February 2011![]() ![]() PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 27, Armenian Ambassador to Syria Arshak Poladyan met with Syria’s parliamentary speaker Mahmoud al-Abrash. At the meeting, the parties focused on the issues of bilateral interest, also emphasizing the importance of parliamentary diplomacy in further strengthening of relations. In conclusion, the Ambassador passed the invitation of parliamentary speaker Hovik Abrahamyan to visit Armenia to Mr. al-Abrash. The preliminary date of the visit is scheduled for February 2011, Armenian Foreign Ministry press service reported.
