  OSCE to monitor NKR, Azerbaijani armed forces contact line Jan. 12 January 11, 2011 - 11:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Mission will conduct monitoring of the line of contact between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces on January 12. As a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter was told in the press office of the NKR Foreign Ministry, field assistants of the OSCE CIO’s personal representative Imre Palatinus and Antal Herdic will conduct the monitoring from the Armenian side.
