Kiev to host GUAM Foreign Ministers Council summit![]() ![]() PanARMENIAN.Net - The foreign ministers of the Organization for Democracy and Economic Cooperation (GUAM) will meet in Kyiv late January to discuss further cooperation. The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine, a country which chairs in the Organization this year, must submit a specific date for the meeting and coordinate it with member-countries. Afterwards, the work over the agenda will be launched, GUAM secretariat said.
