NKR authorities promise to do their utmost for improvement of veterans’ social conditionsJanuary 17, 2011 - 16:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 17, President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan received a group of veterans of the Great Patriotic War. The President congratulated the veterans on the New Year holidays, saying that their heroic path was a sample also during the Artsakh Liberation War. Mr. Sahakyan noted that issues of veterans have always been in the spotlight of the NKR authorities and the state will do its utmost to improve their social conditions.
